Recovered Mukilteo's T Dock Terry

Description

On 2021-02-06, we brought a buoy back to the surface. It had been found sunken, upright, at 130 fsw near the Mukilteo T-Dock. This model helped with the identification, and therefore care and restoration of, the "buoy".  Turns out it was a (worse for wear) intentional installation known as T-Dock Terry. It started life as a Punching B.O.B (Body Opponent Bag)  As evidenced once the object was cleaned up (and did indeed separate into two parts)
