A young child with very complex anatomy of unbalanced Atrial Ventricular Septal Defect (AVSD) that has been separated into two ventricles and a conduit replaces his pulmonary artery. Thay have 3 mechanical valves, and their venous return anatomy is quite abnormal, with no SVC. Instead, there is a large vein that runs parallel to his aorta that takes blood to his lower body.
