Ouse and Derwent Project 2018 - Trench 3

Description

Trench 3 at North Duffield is placed over the eastern side of a huge trapezoidal enclosure. The ditches visible in this trench continue south, then turn west to meet those in [Trench 2](https://sketchfab.com/models/33b740fe1287480aa204f1421bae3b01). The [Ouse and Derwent Project](https://www.facebook.com/IAOuseandDerwent/) is a three year community project examining the Iron Age landscape in the Vale of York. It is funded by a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
