stand from meta_hallway

Description

I recreated the stand in the meta_hallway map in anarchy arcade so i could add it into my vrchat meta map recreation (the imported version of the stand from hammer had lighthing problems for some reason plus i wanted to put my new PC to the test (RTX 2080 Super yeah)
