this was the first furby, created by Dave Hampton, Caleb Chung and Richard C. Levy. levy brought the furby to aa tiger electronics and Roger Shiffman, Tiger bought the rights to furby. Furby's first published appearance was at the Amarican International Toy Fair in 1998
