Duplication of facial and lingual contours: S - Slightly under/over contoured. Small indent on distal. Duplication of occlusal surfaces and occlusal contacts: R - Contacts are seen from occlusal view in the right spaces. Duplication of proximal contacts and embrasure spaces: S- There is contact but the proximal spaces are rough. Overall tooth anatomy: S - Slightly undefinde grooves and cusp inclines. Smoothness of wax surfaces: S - Lingual surface is rough.
