Affirmation Tower

Description

Affirmation Tower is a 1,663-foot tall proposed skyscraper that is known as 'Site K' that will rise right next to the Hudson Yards complex. It will be the first skyscraper ever to be built by a Black architect named David Adjaye. It is expected to have over 50,000 jobs before 2030. It will be the tallest building in all of the Western Hemisphere and outside of Asia in roof height. It was first proposed back in early 2021 when it was originally 1,500' and then gained 163 feet in height, surpassing another proposed supertall 175 Park Avenue (which was 1,646' but reduced to 1,575' as the final height) or known as Project Commodore.
