Description

Fossil specimen of *Bellerophon crassus*, a member of the extinct snail clade Bellerophontidae (PRI 70112); specimen is from the Pennsylvanian Fort Scott Limestone of Oklahoma. Specimen is from the collections of the [Paleontological Research Institution](http://www.priweb.org), Ithaca, New York. Approximate length of specimen is 4.5 cm. Model by Emily Hauf.
