Description

The tuff digital outcrop model illustrates one of the several tuff units of middle Miocene (Badenian) age. The tuffs in this area have an age of ~15-13.6 Ma and are are extensively zeolitized (i.e. Cocheme et al., 2003). This outcrop is located in Ocna Sugatag, Maramures, Romania.
