Wellington CBD (Original) — OpenTopography

Original dataset from [OpenTopography](https://opentopography.org/). Edited in CloudCompare to get it down to ~900K points (within 50mb limit), had to do some sneaky stuff seperating out points based on classification/height as random subsampling was removing a lot of detail. You can see the RBG colour is a bit meh. Difference between LiDAR and photogrammetry point-clouds I guess.
