PHN Tarlac

Description

Tarlac is an improved version of Sigbin, which was never constructed due to budget cuts and the recent priority of the PHN on cruisers and destroyers, which, at the time, it had only 5 of for the cruisers and there were no destroyers at all. Those numbers are now increased, but Tarlac's plans have gone down with Sigbin's sinking at the hands of the US battleship Sonora, which was later sunk with a few torpedoes from the PHN cruiser Manila Bay.
