Low poly model of a small tea shop. Made for Cities Skylines. 2.4k tris ,PBR Specular , 2K Textures . Fbx and Obj , included. I am making a bunch of buildings and props in this theme. Will be posting evrything on sketchfab. Some of them will be free. This is the first of many . I will be posting Work in Progress stuff on sketchfab before uploading the final ones.
