Deanery Church of the Birth of St. John the Baptist in Sibinj in 1878.-1882. **The oldest part** of the church dates from **1732.** Marijan Terzić, the cavalry commander of the Slavonian Military Border and a successful military leader, was buried there. The church was **** renovated in 1882**** by the parish priest Nikola Ergotić, the **** bishop's assistant.**** Najstariji dio crkve potječe iz 1732. godine. U njoj je sahranjen Marijan Terzić, zapovjednik konjaništva Slavonske vojne krajine i uspješan vojskovođa. Crkvu je uredio 1882. župnik Nikola Ergotić, biskupov pomoćnik.
