Skin Bump Setup

Someone might find this usefull. Attached is the node setup (image), it's all done with a 1k noise bump as you can see in my attachted photo. You can adjust the scale of the bump, specular and roughness with the x,y on the mapping nodes I use this on my own characters for renders!
