Membrane Filtration Device (v0.1)

Description

This is a simple demonstration of the working principle of a **benchtop cross-flow filtration device** of the kind used in food and pharmaceutical processing. This device could be used to *recover the proteins from cheese whey*, for example. The models were made in [Blender](https://www.blender.org/) and the lecture notes on the whiteboard were made using the [Excalidraw plugin](https://github.com/excalidraw) for the [Obsidian](https://obsidian.md/) markdown app. My reason for creating this scene is to provide a virtual but interactive way of learning about concepts in manufacturing. It will be used in food science classes I teach at [University College Cork](https://www.ucc.ie/en/).
