The Alien Plants project had the best fun-to-difficulty ratio for me. I thought the idea of making alien plants while learning NURBS surfaces was tricky, but I had a great time doing it. For the revisions, I mainly cleaned up the geometry on the inside and outside, as that needed some attention. I also closed off the end caps of the tentacles of the short plant, a small oversight I made on the inital project, and am gad I was able to go back and fix it. I really am stumped on how to make an opacity map work in Maya, so any tips on that would be greatly appreciated.
