Halo Reach Plasma Repeater AI Upscale

Description

Testing out some new & old long-unused upscaling models. I use ESRGAN for upscaling, and I have/utilize way too many models to list them all. Some are custom, most are not. I have a workflow of going back & forth with anywhere from a few to a dozen different runs with different models while working on upscales until I find the one that works best for the asset. Afterwards I clean up the images manually for any weird noise/details that the upscaler may have added/interpreted incorrectly.
