Project Title: An investigation of potential sniper positions and escape routes taken by assassin at a major rally: A 3D GIS analysis of Tampines Stadium in Singapore for a protection plan from sniper assassination. Research Questions: "Where might a sniper assassin/terrorist be positioned should a VIP be speaking at a rally in the Tampines Stadium?"
