A copper spike sits alongside a wad of crumpled, algae-covered copper sheeting at shipwreck site 2-04-8MO02343, thought to be that of the 1827 pirate slave ship *Guerrero*. The spike is one of many found acros the site. Copper sheeting is also common at the shipwreck, though this piece is bigger than average. Scale = 10 centimeters.
