Andean Tit-Spinetail *Leptasthenura andicola* [MLZ 10887](https://arctos.database.museum/guid/MLZ:Bird:10887) 22 February 1936 Paramo de Carboncillo Loja, Ecuador Collected by Carlos Olalla Physical specimen held by the Moore Laboratory of Zoology, Occidental College, Los Angeles, CA Tit-spinetails are small, long-tailed birds in the genus *Leptasthenura.* The Andean Tit-spinetail is a distinctively marked species which is found in select low woodlands (3000-4500 meters) of the Andes.
