Vanguard Exploration Project Structure VI: Mobile Missile Defense Bastion The Missile Defense Bastion was the first mobile piece of architecture developed for Explorer use. The walking tank is equipped with dual Class III laser cannons designed to immediately and efficiently dispatch incoming enemy fire. Once a target is acquired, the Bastions's CPU runs a series of algorithms to determine many variables, such as speed and distance, prior to destroying said target. The structure's size, along with its abundance of Explorer boarding and ammenities, shift the Bastion's categorization from transport unit to mobile architecture.
