The Caterpillar art at the Flying J in Big Springs, Nebraska The answer I got as for who made it was that the mechanics who worked at the truck repair service there had made it between 15 or 20 years ago. Reserach I did on the internet pointed to it possibly being students at the local Highschool who had made it.
