You are free to use this model in any way including commercially. Model made in Zbrush and textures added in Substance 3d Painter. Downloading the model in 'original format' will give you the model as shown above with textures. The download includes files for 3d printing. After clicking on the download button above, select 'additional file' and unzip the file once downloaded. There are two STL files one with supports and one without. All of the surface detail you can see in the model above has been baked into the models for printing. My print of the model on the Anycubic Photon Mono X is shown below.
