Flyplassveien Group 3 Balubalamestone

Description

A section of Flyplassveien showcasing the Carolinefjellet formation from early Cretaceous. The lithology is alternating between medium sandstone and mudstone. Hummocky cross-stratification structures are visible in the sandsotne layers. The mudstone contains biotubation burrows.
