Smooth Mountain Heightfield

Description

An example heightfield created with Heightfield Modeler (https://github.com/zfergus/heightfield-modeler). A combination of the fractalization and subdivision algorithms are used to create a unique heightfield. Also demonstrates the ability to have custom width and depth.
