Alligator Jugal

Description

The jugal articulates with the postorbital, quadratojugal, and maxilla. It has a short, cylindrical postorbital process dorsally and a broad contact with the maxilla rostrally. Small sensory branches of the jugal branch of the maxillary nerve, along with blood vessels perforate the element.
