Brevard Veterans Memorial Center WWII Marker

In honor of Memorial Day this year, I stopped by the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island to take a few photos and pay my respects. This WWII marker caught my eye and so I asked the staff if I could 3D model it. The museum has an amazing array of artifacts dating from the Civil War to today. Special exhibits focus on aspects within military history; females in the military and the War on Terror are two examples. The yard of the museum is bursting at the seams with tanks, helicopters, jets, and memorial markers. The museum houses a library, maintains an oral history project for local vets, and engages in work to support area vets and active duty soldiers.
