Medieval Lintel, Santa Fiora.

Description

A Medieval door lintel in Via del Fondaccio Santa Fiora, Grosseto, Tuscany. Wild boar hunt with hunting dogs and spearman. The lintel in which the basrelief was carved shows toolmarks related to a possible 14th c. production, although the piece was re-positioned later in its current location. Model was created in Reality Capture using 249 photographs. The Mt. Amiata Project is an ongoing GDH collaboration involving faculty and students at the University of Florence and the University of Siena.
