Myddelton Passage Brick Graffiti

Description

Carved/inscribed graffiti on a brick wall on the south side of Myddelton Passage, Islington, London. This section is just opposite the middle of the eastern of the two housing blocks. The numbers and letters were carved by police officers in the 19th Century while patrolling this once dark and narrow passage.
