Cat with two tails - Folk Art

Description

Known locally as the cat with two tails. Carving of cat sitting on a bough. A very worn date of 18(6?)8 is below the cat. Located in the pier of entrance leading into a 19 th century farmyard. Model was created for Irish Folk Art project funded by Roisin O’Grady, Tipperary Heritage Officer.
