CSN008

Description

CSN008, in Coasan townland near Belcoo, has three deep interlocking hollows on the apex of a small boulder. The hollows are completely enclosed by steep sides, each hollow having a distinct basin with low interconnected internal overflows and individual external overflows, two of these lead to channels. Each hollow has 'fish bowl' steep sides. These hollows are directly comparable with a multitude or others in the region but their three way combination is unique.
