Description

This is a perfusion fixed heart that was donated for research. The donor was a 50 year old female with a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) implant which is not visible in the scan. 3-D scanning spray was used to facilitate imaging. We partner with [LifeSource](https://www.life-source.org/) to receive donated organs deemed not viable for transplant.
