King Mountain Cairn Point Cloud & Surroundings

Cairn and plaque marking the First Geodetic Survey Station in Canada. More information here: http://www.historicplaces.ca/en/rep-reg/place-lieu.aspx?id=14823 This is the point cloud file from a FARO X330 scanner / Scene 7.0. There were four scan positions (one in front of each face of the cairn). The four were processed and cloud-to-cloud aligned in Scene 7.0, then a unified project point cloud was made and exported as .e57. I imported that into AutoDesk Recap to decimate and inspect. Then I exported this as a .PTS file. I renamed the .PTS to .TXT and imported it into Meshlab, where I then exported it as a .PLY containing only verticies with colour values.
