Metal Slug - First Try

Hi, i am a noob in 3D. This is my first model ever created on Cinema 4D and based on the awesome tank from Renafox. https://sketchfab.com/models/66d91151affc4048bb5030542f352d98 I tried to learn by myself. I would like to apply some texture but I don't how. If you know some good C4D tutorials, please let me know :) Thanks
