Sverige Class

Description

The Sverige class of coastal defence ships were the largest and most powerful warships built for the Swedish navy during the early 1910's to 1920's, and launched during the early 1920's. In total 3 Sverige class coastal defence ships would be built, being Sverige herself, Drottning Victoria and Gustav V. The Sverige class of coastal defence ships were built to operate with other ships inside a battle group to make invading Sweden by sea difficult at the best of times for any would be attacker.
