This precast concrete element is used to bury outlets under the sand (pipes that expel wastewater into the sea). Its function is to protect the pipe against storms or impacts. The reasons why this "issue" was in the center of what should have been a sebadal patch are unknown, we consider the loss of the piece during transport as a hypothesis.
