Boulders from the Northern Calcareous Alps with: 1. Nummulitic Limestone from the Helvetic Zone along the northern rim of the Northern Calcareous Alps, Germany. It is formed by extinct single-celled foraminiferans called ‘Nummulites’ that occurred during the Late Eocene Period.
