The term “Pyramid of Hellinikon” refers to a historical monument of pyramidal shape, located in the area of Argos. Its first dating occurred in 1938 and showed that it was constructed approximately in the 4th century BC. Recent research however, conducted in 1991 by professor J. Lyrintzis, proves that this monument dates back to a much earlier period; more specifically to the end of the 3rd millennium BC. This practically means that the pyramid is 170 years older than Pyramid of Cheops in Egypt and 100 years older than Zoser Pyramid, the oldest pyramid in Egypt (2.620 BC) The results of the research were announced by Athens Academy on 9/2/1995 and any attempt of re-dating the monument has been forbidden ever since. I created the model of the pyramid and the landscape with Agisoft Photoscan trial using a drone video. Fixes of the geometries and texture maps were done in ZBrush.
