Model of combined mxl timing pulley and armature for casting a 1.375" x .375" tire for use in small combat robots, etc. After printing, I pull off the support ring with pliers. The pulley teeth on the model do not follow the correct mxl profile but I find the printed result has the better engagement than the correct profile.
