Pipe Head

Description

This model is official, I got it from the game. Here is a tutorial; I downloaded Asset Studio, and I downloaded the Unity Game "Horror Zone Pipe Head" and I open the sharedassets files, I extract the sharedassetsfile, and the models are in there, including textures. I selected Pipe Head's model, and it's textures, exported them, saved 'em, done. There you go! That is how I got this model.
