Blood vascular system of domestic duck head

Description

Head blood vessels of a domestic duck (*Anas platyrhynchos*, OUVC 9454) based on injecting the vessels of a cadaveric duck with an injection medium consisting of barium and latex. This injection was performed by Jayc C. Sedlmayr, PhD, in about 2000 as part of his 2002 doctoral dissertation research (https://bit.ly/3o2Rm5e). Specimens like this one were used in a 2002 publication by Sedlmayr & Witmer: https://bit.ly/3uMCkEz.
