Flow-fold pair in rhyolite tuff, Idaho

Description

A small flow-fold pair from the rheomorphic and lava-like Grey's Landing rhyolitic ignimbrite in south-central Idaho. The fold hinges are parallel to the stretched vesicles (bubbles), so these folds are associated with sheath folds and strong horizontal stretching.
