Prop - Shuriken

Description

For submission the SFAS brief it specified the use of any original props if they suit the overall character/scene. I originally envisioned a katana however, as deadlines came closer tutor feedback suggested that having a smaller prop multiplied would have a nice effect. Being able to re-use my textures which I used for the main character worked out incredibly well in creating a 'metal etching' effect in the shuriken model. Being more familiar with grunges smart masks made this prop a welcome break from high end modelling.
