Description

Red Line Marina is a complex consisting of a Fisherman's Cooperative, a sailing club, a hostel and a new fisherman's shelter, designed to replace the old fisherman's shelter in Mavişehir, Izmir. The project consists of arranging functions on a main axis connecting the existing walkways and gives the project its name. This axis goes up with the help of ramps and connects to the view terrace, which is a more touristic area with restaurants and shops. functions are arranged in a U shape around a courtyard. With the help of the gaps, the sea air is carried to the courtyard, and even if these two elements are separated by a red line, they are always connected and act together. The red line is separator, guiding, transparent and balancing.
