Coin Hoard, Kronan Royal Ship 1670s

Description

A chest with a large amount of coins was salvaged from the Kronan wreck in 2006. This lump weighs c 20 kilos and mostly contains of silver coins. This hoard are not part of the exhibition at Kalmar County Museum and is exclusively shown here.
