Orange Crush

Description

Boat model by Jackie Lipsky created for 1995 exhibitions “Boat Images” and “Becalmed in Miami” hosted at Miami Dade County Main Branch Library. Flexible plastic material fashioned into boat hull filled with layer of wax/ wax holds wine corks in pace, wine corks hold metal skates/nails each labeled with various words, one post holds mast with pink flag. Dimensions: 6” x 9” x 12" Currently located in the Permanent Art Collection of the Miami-Dade Public Library System.
