I did this with a Sunlight EXR to get the lighting. Used a displacement and cloud bump map. I hope you like it :) Note: *It seems clear, but when downloaded it is actually blue with a sunset lighting on it, I promise. I just dont have a PRO account and cant get one because I'm 14 so...yeah. Sorry the preview is messed up.
