標本　Specimen: OMNH MI-2806 産地　Occurrence: 淡路島　Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan 地質年代　Geological age: 白亜紀後期カンパニアン期　Campanian, Late Cretaceous 備考　Note: これはパタジオシーテス ラエビスの完模式標本です。宮本淳一氏の化石コレクションの1つです。This is the holotype of *Patagiosites laevis* Morozumi, 1985. The specimen corresponds to JM386 of Morozumi (1985).
