Week 5a assignment for CGT 116. Our assignment was to design, block out in 3D, and texture a character in Maya. I've had experience modeling characters before in Blender, so I decided to challenge myself by creating a character with a more unique body, such as a centaur/deertaur. It turned out to be harder than I thought haha, and I wasn't sure what level of quality was expected, so I tried my best. Took me two days to hammer out completely. I had also designed more elegant armor and a weapon for this character, but the focus of the assignment was blockout, so I set them aside to save time. The texture is a little sloppy, as I could not figure out how to use Maya's texture paint system. Maybe next time :)
