Chiva are monuments with archaeological, historical, social and economical values. They are spread all over Kathmandu valley in thousands. Promotion and preservation is the need of time. At a place called ChivaKhyo(in other words courtyard-open space with Chivas) in Kathmandu there is a large Chiva and many smaller Chivas around that established by general public. Beautiful place.
